Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking your beauty services at our Vancouver beauty bar. The remaining balance is due at your appointment for aesthetic treatments. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled cost.


Although appointments for our aesthetic treatments are non-refundable, our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Please reach out right away if you have any concerns after your services. Lastly, communication is key; please let us know if you are running late.
